To do this we conduct discovery activities, sometimes they include a simple questionnaire or a formal workshop depending on your goals. This allows us to understand your marketplace and business to deliver a recommended solution that has been created with your input.
The solutions from the discovery process can look very different. It could be anything from a quick two-week project, to a four-month website build, or even a complete go to market strategy with ongoing execution for the year. We build what will make the biggest impact on you and your business. You sign off on this solution and from here we get into the work.
